- Client project records, contracts, and invoices are retained for at least seven (7) years for tax and legal recordkeeping purposes
- Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely in a form that does not identify individuals
When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

These measures include secure hosting, password-protected accounts, and limited access to client data on a need-to-know basis.
