The Challenge
Christ Fellowship Church, formerly First Baptist Mansfield, brought us in to handle the more advanced graphic design their in-house team didn't have the bandwidth to take on. The work needed to live up to the depth of the teaching: multi-week sermon series with concept art, full-length book designs, custom icons for disciple-making materials, and a visual system that pulled everything together.
The challenge was making graphic design feel like a true extension of the teaching, not decoration on top of it. Every cover, every page, every icon needed to support the scripture and the message, not compete with it. The materials also had to be enjoyable to read, which is a high bar for workbooks that members would carry for weeks or months at a time.

Our Approach
We treated the work as a long-term partnership rather than a stack of one-off jobs. Every series, every book, and every icon was designed to fit a larger visual language, so a member who picked up a sermon graphic on Sunday and a workbook on Tuesday felt them as parts of the same whole.
We produced sermon graphics with the depth of editorial design: ornament, typography, and concept-led art direction. We designed four full books, including Covenant Membership, Christ Centered Discipleship, Behaviors of Disciple-Making Leaders, and 40 Days of Prayer. The icon set we built for Covenant Membership was even arranged into the cross shape on the book's cover, a small detail that pulled the system together.

Sermon series graphics designed to live at the scale of the stage.

Christ Centered Discipleship: a spiral-bound workbook with hundreds of pages of original layout, ornament, and iconography.

40 Days of Prayer: a portable devotional book mapping the global mission field.
Icons, illustrations, and infographics built to support the teaching.
