The Challenge
HF Custom Solutions is a Fort Worth promotional products company that builds branded merchandise for some of the most recognizable names in the region. Their client list runs from major universities (TCU, UTA, UTA West, UT, Texas Tech) to country music artists like Pat Green and beverage brands like Pacifico to local fixtures like the Fort Worth Zoo, Colonial Country Club, and Higginbotham. The work spans every category of merch, from custom apparel and bandanas to packaging, drinkware, accessories, and full-team kits.
The brief was to handle the design workload at the volume their business operates at. Every new client request needs to move quickly, look right, work across every product format, and ship to the production vendors in clean, ready-to-print files. HF didn't need a freelance designer on retainer. They needed a design team that could function like an extension of their own.
Our Approach
We embedded with HF's team and handle every design request that comes through. Apparel mockups, custom bandanas, presentation boxes, drinkware, packaging, signage, full team kits, anything their clients ask for. We take the brief, design the piece, present it back as a client-ready mockup, push it through revisions, and hand off production-ready files to the vendors HF works with.
The work moves fast because their work moves fast. HF clients expect turnaround times in days, not weeks, and we run the design queue to match. Every file lands at the vendor in the exact format they need: print specs, color profiles, dielines, embroidery setup. The result is a design pipeline HF can rely on to keep up with whatever their client roster brings.
