The Challenge

Magnolia Fence & Patio came to us as the owner prepared to open a new office in Benbrook, Texas. He wanted vinyl wall graphics, signage, and an interior plan that would set the space apart from a typical contractor's office. He also wanted room for the side of his business that's growing, sports field fencing and dugout padding, and to use the office to signal that expansion to anyone who walked in.

The space was a blank canvas with a strong existing brand: bold purple, accented yellow, and an illustrated magnolia bloom. The challenge was building on that foundation in a way that felt earned, not decorative. The office needed to feel like Magnolia, look like Magnolia, and quietly show off what Magnolia actually builds.

Our Approach

We anchored the office around a single conceptual move: turning Magnolia's actual product line into part of the design. Chain-link fencing became a vinyl wainscot. Dugout padding became the bench seating in the waiting area. A photographic stadium mural finished the dugout. The space turned into a showroom that doesn't look like one.

We layered the brand throughout. Custom vinyl carries the magnolia bloom across reception and the family waiting area. A custom backlit dimensional scoreboard with a working at-bat counter anchors the dugout. The hallway carries the company's tagline, 'Built Better. Built to Last.' A corridor wall makes the mission plain: 'Make a Million. Serve a Million. Give a Million.' A dimensional oval logo plaque welcomes visitors at the reception desk.
