The Challenge
Champion Sports Construction is an elite sports facility builder. They design and install locker rooms, training areas, and graphic systems for pro teams, top universities, and other major sports organizations. They came to us ready to build a brand identity that could grow with the company and carry consistently across every place clients see them: the website, the office, direct mail, sales flyers, email marketing, and team apparel.
The brief was a full brand build: a refreshed logo, a system with rules that could carry across digital, print, and the physical office, and a visual identity that elite athletic programs would recognize as one of their own. The brand needed to feel like sports, not construction. Every touchpoint had to make Champion look every bit as serious as the championship-level work they deliver.

Our Approach
We started by giving Champion a single source of truth: a refreshed logo and a brand system with rules. The color story moved to a deep royal blue, golden yellow, and clean white, signaling sports without leaning into clichés. A custom mascot, a friendly construction worker with a hard hat and a sledgehammer, gave the brand a face the team could put on apparel, signage, and direct mail.
With the system in place, we ran it across every channel. We rebuilt the website to showcase their project portfolio for top universities and pro teams. We installed a large-scale vinyl wall graphic of a football player by the office staircase, turning the workspace into a showroom for sports facility clients walking in. We produced direct mail postcards, sales flyers, email marketing campaigns, and t-shirt mockups. Every piece pulls from the same playbook.

Outbound marketing in one voice: sales flyers, the website hero, and direct mail.

The brand applied: a wall mural, a custom mascot, and team apparel.
